Piyali Boutique takes a lot of effort to deliver the best quality products to its customers. However if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery and the money will be refunded
You just have to call us at “+91 8050496837” or email us at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery to return the product. We will arrange for a free pick up from the address given by you. If there is no free pick up service available near your location, then you can return the product through courier to the following address and we will credit your account with Rs.100/-

Please place the invoice inside the package, ensure that tags are intact and seal the package before returning to free pick up service or before sending through courier.
Remember, the product must be returned in undamaged, unwashed and unused condition. Also ensure that original tags and packaging are intact. However money will be refunded only after a thorough inspection done by the Piyali Boutique team.
We will refund your money in the same mode of payment as used by you to buy the product. Please note, Cash on delivery convenience charges and shipping charges are non- refundable charges.
Usually, the processing time for refund will be anywhere between 7 and 15 days. However, sometimes it might take little longer if there is any delay in receiving the returned package through courier by Piyali Boutique.
In case of size mismatch, the product can be exchanged with different size subjected to availability of that particular size in stock.
